Casinjac, Inc. manufactures hydraulic jacks such as the Model 282-48-30 shown in use below. Casinjac's are state of art hydraulic jacks that are used worldwide to raise and lower strings of pipe from 2 3/8" OD to 36" OD and to lift or lower loads up to 2,000,000 pounds. Casinjac's mounted on a wellhead or other suitable structure to support the size and weight of the pipe involved. We also manufacture equipment for use with Casinjac's equipment for use with Casinjac's such as hydraulic power units, intensifiers, valve stands, and hinged casing spiders.

Casinpoint System

Why leave money in the ground?

Our proprietary Casinpoint system represents the next step in the evolution of pipe recovery. With this system, that can be fitted to any of our Casinjac's, you can maximize the amount of pipe recovered and get the most out of your P&A job. The system features easy to use touch screen inputs housed in a tough field-ready casing. As the jack pulls the casing, jack-mounted sensors automatically measure the stretch of the pipe and calculates a very accurate free point.

Valve Stands

Model 50-3500

Components

Directional valve
Controls Casinjac (Up - Stop - Down)
Relief Valve
Controls pressure to Casinjac
Pressure gauge
Indicates pressure to CasinjacOperation

A Model 50- 3,500 valve stand is used to operate a Casinjac using a power unit with flow up to 50 gpm and pressure up to 3500 psi.

A valve stand can be used with an intensifier.

Custom valve stands are available with various flow and pressure capacities to meet most customers requirements.

Intensifiers

It is sometimes desirable or necessary to use a low pressure power source to operate a casinjac; however in some instances its output pressure is not sufficient and the use of an intensifier is required.

We manufacturer two types of intensifiers:

  1. cylinder type intensifier
  2. motor-pump intensifier
